Pre Op

Hi everyone, I started my pre op diet today, it's food not the milk diet as we didn't have a choice. I am so thankful that I started to cut down early on as the amount we are allowed is very small. Tomorrow is my pre op assessment and I feel like it's the final hurdle before the surgery itself.

Good luck Beth i am on the food diet, if you get any idears let me know its so strict, my nurse said or you going to pee more which i am and she said its the liver getting rid of water wow you learn something every day x
