Please can someone tell me how to get all the additional stuff on my profile... like pre of post op, a graph and BMI ladder etc, as my profile looks very plan and drab compaired to most! Idiots guide most welcome!

Green bar above. User CP. Settings and options. Edit signature.

Click on Tickers on green bar. Create your ticker. Add ticker code to your signature.

Try that for starters then come back for advanced lesson.
