Problems after fill

Talk about going from one extreme to the other, up until monday I have had no restriction apart from a few days after a fill then it goes away fairly swiftly, I had 6.25 in a 10ml band & on monday I had another 1ml put in & now 7.25ml,
mon eve I had soup which went down fine, tuesday morning sloppy oatabix, tues lunch 1/2 a jacket spud (no skin) tues late afternoon started to feel sick & brought up everything I attempted to drink, cold/hot just came back up withing mins, it felt like it was sitting in my throat & the min I bent over the fluid just ran out, spent the next few hours retching up even saliva until finally it stopped at 1am when I fell asleep,
rung hospital yesterday morning & was told to come straight in, I had a barium xray which showed the barium running through my band perfectly well! so I went & sat in reception & drunk a hot choc which went down fine, came home, had soup for lunch, kept sipping fluid all day & had a fruit puree for dinner, woke up this morning took two sips of water which came straight back up & that start 3 hours of retching again!
stopped around noon & finally managed to keep some tea down, followed that an hour later with a cup a soup & a couple of hours later by normal cream of chicken soup, all gone down fine,

I know you can be tighter in the mornings but that doesn't explain the constant retching for several hours, I really am stuck as I am dreading tomorrow morning
provider has said if it doesn't settle I can go back & have fluid out but I saw the xrays & the radiologist said it wasn't that tight,

I also have what feels like a knife in my chest when the retching starts, I can feel a lump in the back of my throat almost like trapped wind that I can't burp up,

Any suggestions as I am so tired & I feel like I have been hit by a bus

Warning - sorry I may be too graphic!
I have had a few times something similar (perhaps 5-6 times). Once or twice it came after eating jacket potato. A few times it came after eating too quickly or too big mouthful. And sometimes it came after meat - especially duck. As soon as I started being sick, it would be 2-3 hours of being sick (perhaps 8 times within time time period). Although my stomach would be empty after being sick perhaps once or twice, I would keep producing weird slimy phlegm (not sure how to describe it. It didn't smell or taste like vomit, it was sort of slimy water) and I wouldn't be able to stop being sick.

I took motilium (you can buy it over the counter, instant melt tablets, it is for nausea and vomiting) and other common over the counter remedies (Gaviscon etc). Otherwise there is not much you can do except of waiting for it to stop. Keep sipping water (only tiny sips) because you don't want to dehydrate. Don't gulp, that will make you sick. And I stayed a few days afterwards on liquid diet and then a few more days on mash, to introduce the food again very gradually. I was thinking maybe the stomach was a bit swollen after the vomiting so I wanted to give it time to settle.

But I am not a specialist, so I can only tell you what I did. I am not advising you what you should be doing.

il be honest does sound to me that your a little bit tight or you may be coming down with an illness, my band self tightens when im ill. the pain and burpy feeling i get when i have something bloked and i have to purge to clear that . i am usually tighter in the mornings , id try going on a sloppy diet for a fewq more days let everything settle down the more stressed you are the tighter your feel, and if after a few days your still bad ring your fill nurse and ask for a quarter ml out, also be carefull of really fruity yogurts and alot of cereals i didnt tolerate these to well at all when i was at my sweet spot.

I don't think I am tight. I haven't had fill for about 2.5 months and the problem I described did not happen short time after having the fill done. It happened completely random after about 6 weeks of being fine after the latest fill. I think I made some dietary mistake (maybe eating too quickly or eating something that wasn't such a good idea, such as duck, and from then on it has been a bit funny for a few days and then it again settled...) I am wondering whether the longer I have the band, the less careful I am about what I am eating and the eating technique (because I may think that I got into the habit by now) and maybe by not paying attention I am slipping from time to time... I will have to be again more conscious about eating.
