Profile pic & weight loss ticker?

How do you put a profile pic up and weight loss ticker? x

For the picture, go into USER CP on the green tab above. Click on Edit avatar, and find where you have saved a suitable image.

The ticker is similar - go to WLSurgery.com Tickers on the green bar above. Create your personalised ticker (don't forget to bookmark it so you can update it weekly).
Then go back into USER CP, Edit signature, create your signature with the ticker http web address link you've been given for your own ticker. Click on preview to check it's OK, then save.
Voila!
