Guys and Gals can you see my profile pic when I post or answer on here?
If not how do I get it to show?

no cant see it.
top left hand corner usercp, then go to profile and profile pic to upload.

I can't do mine either, it just says upload failed but when I look on my profile the picture is there, Karen x

Its because you click twice - upload pic and save and I found that mine was there when i looked. I was clicking twice and it said upload failed - ignore that bit xx

You need to go into User CP then go into Edit Avatar and upload there.
