Protein Cookie

I bought some double chocolate protein cookies from My Protein. OMG! They are amazing and have 37.5 grams of protein per cookie. This completely knocks my sweets craving and is also good for my protein intake. Just thought I would share.

I use the MyProtein unflavoured protein powder to make shakes.

These bars look useful, but have around 320 calories each - not a problem really, but needs to be kept in mind for those of us who do like to keep track.

I struggle getting protein in so I need all the help I can get. And most of the protein bars seem to have high calories too. At least this one tasted good. I just cannot swallow those protein bullets anymore. The taste was vile.

at my stage 320 cals is fine, but i do struggle to get protein in sometimes. This sounds like the perfect combo to satisfy my sweet tooth and give me protein in one go.

I love the taste of them. Better than anything else I have tried lately. It takes me all day to eat one, they are huge. I eat half in the morning as a snack and half mid afternoon.
