Protein Powder?

Hi lovely people,
Can any of you tell me if the below looks like a good protein powder to have for my breakfasts, maybe in a smoothie etc?

Sorry I have no idea, on the face of it there is plenty of protein but please be aware that these powders can taste vile. If you can try a sample before you buy.

They really upset my stomach, obviously with a band its nothing to do with the sugar or fat content but I get awful cramps etc. I have come to the conclusion my band doesnt want me to have them! x
 
Add Marvel to all your drinks and cereals,the protein powders are expensive and as Maz said most are yucky so you end up leaving it in the cupboard wasted.A tin of tuna will give you loads of protein for a day!Body builders eat it all the time!

I had protein drinks pre bypass and can't stand them now. I do the marvel in my milk too :)
 
There is a recipe in return to slender that says it makes a lovely icecream. I have already written it out for my post op recipe box. And apparently it is good in all stages! Yummy!
