Protein shake recomendations pls

If you have a shake I'm curious to see which you use, and the protein content...so many out there...where to start...all I do know is I don't want to build muscles...oh and if it comes in chocolate flavour..all the better! X

I have rich choc slim fast, absolutely gorgeous! Really keeps you going, staves off hunger and 15g protein.x

Hi Jo, I just had Asda's ... 18.7g protein per 28g of powder. Comes in Chocolate, Strawberry & Banana, yummy xxx

Do these shakes taste any better than the Fortimel drinks I had post-op?
I don't have a sweet tooth and found them really hard going and ended up drinking lots of milk to keep my protein intake up.
I'm still struggling to get enough protein so I'm wondering if a few shakes a week (so to speak ) would help.

They are a larger tub than slim fast, but less portions and either the same price or a little more. I just have Slim fast and mix the flavours. 1 scoop vanilla and 1 scoop banana. Not a big chocolate or strawberry fan. x

Oh it's sooo cold here! Actually Im just a freezing cold person!
My boyfriend just made me a ww hot choc, i thought it tasted different, very thick. He had used slim fast instead by mistake cos i called in asking about the protein content! I nearly spat it back into the cup, 230cals for my little warm treat i think not!!x x

Bless him, he tried ... my hubby is the same, absolutely no concept of calories or dieting in general, which considering how long we have been married is quite a feat, lol ... good job he is stick thin as he could never diet xxx
