HELP can anybody tell me where i can get some protein shakes rather quickly want to start 5 day pouch test on Monday and would like some small sachets to help me through

The cheapest shakes at H&B are pretty good at £14 but they do the single prepared shots at £3.29

If they're anything like the others I've had, they aren't the nicest tasting ones.

Also ASDA do the Lucozade Protein recovery powder, but these are high in carbs but they also do other protein powders too.
