Protein Supplements/Shakes

Hi Minis

Could anyone tell me how much protein i should be aiming for on a daily allowance.
I have just read the other threads that PG has posted about protein shakes and i was interested to read that Shelbel was having 3 protein rich meals and 2 shakes,and her weight loss had really increased,I am wondering if this is why my weight loss has stalled.


Any information would be great please,as i am really getting desperate now as to why i havent lost any weight in the last 2/3 weeks .:cry::cry:.

Depends on your goal weight, PG can direct you to a page where you can calculate how much protein you would need to eat daily to maintain a goal weight.

I personally pre-pregnancy was aiming for 80g per day. Anything above 60g would be great though. You can use sites like Food Focus to track your intake very simply and see the carb/protein balance.
