Any of the MyProtein shakes are quality but I find the chocolatey ones sickly. The fruit ones are better.

For taste, PHD Protein shakes are my favourite.

I'd second Mixxy's suggestion. Try Impact Whey Protein from MyProtein. They do sample sizes of all the flavours.

I personally didn't like any of the choc flavours and preferred the fruit ones. I now just buy a huge bag of the unflavoured and a few small bags of their flavouring systems (or you could try something like SF 'Crusha').

I use Dietimeal shakes haven't found a flavour I don't like yet. You can order from Avidlite or Lowcarbmegastore.

You can also make them into mousse & puddings too. x

re - protein shakes where can I buy/order them and how much are they?
I bought a small tub of instant 90% protein powder (vanilla) after I had op and can only tolerate it if mixed with soup/chocolate milk shake as I found it quite powdery taste, don't think it was best one I could have bought to be honest.

Denise, follow the link on my post above - then look on their 'Categories' menu, then look at MP Essentials drop down menu on the left, check at bottom of drop-down menu for 'Protein Powders'. Look for Impact Whey as it is low carb, hi protein.
If you want to try a few flavours first, check out their sample page. Impact whey is around 99p/1.29 per sample if I remember right.
Service is very reliable from them and I usually get my order within a few days.
