pureed diet , travel food any suggestions

Am going to be driving to Scotland to visit family this week, its only about a 3 1/2 hrs drive, but I'll probably split that to 3 x 1hr ish sections so am going to need to have a couple of pureed snacks.

So far been eating at home and straight from the fridge. Any good suggestions what pureed food travels well ?

Sugar free jelly, and those little pots of custard travel well. Xxx
