Putting a link in a message

When Im putting a link in a post how do I have it say something instead of the URL. I posted a link to the April Challenge and had to post the full URL what I really wanted was for it to say 'April Challenge'

Am I making ANY sense? lol

Hey,

Click that.

It will ask you for the url so have it ready, then it will go back to the post and you can give it a name

I tried that but couldnt work out how to put the name in, when I put the URL in it just showed me that on my thread... am I being REALLY thick here??
