I have been trying to add a pic with my profile but for some reason it won't let me. I don't know if I'm doing it wrong or what. How can I get this done??

Oh, ok. Thats a strange way to do it. How many do I need?

I think you can add an avatar pic right away? Which puts a little pic on your side bar? Profile pictures only show on your profile page (if someone clicks through to it) and I think you need 50 posts for that - someone correct me if I am wrong!
