Really struggling with my protein, as anything meaty I eat gets stuck but Quorn Chicken Style Pieces are really soft and chew up very well and my pouch seems very content with it. Next week I am going to make. Quorn Fage Korma

The quorn roast is lovely, we get it for when my veggie niece comes to stay and we all eat it. Very easy to chew. Didn't think about this for post op, but I will remember that for when I'm on solids.

im not veggie but have eaten qourn for years being low fat and high in protein.. i buy the chicken pieces, sausages, burgers and the swedish meatballs... they used to do beef style pieces but i havent seen these anywhere for about a year so i think they have stopped doing them xx

I'm not a veggie,but quorn is great,must say though I find I can only have a little as its so filling and cause discomfort when I've had too much x

A while ago i made a quorn lasagne for my daughter nad me we had some left so i froze some and sent some up for my father. I didnt tell him it was quorn mince, on the afternoon he text me and said how much he had enjoyed n ta very much, he said it was really tast so i told him it was quorn he said he would never had believed it if i hadn't said, and i know if i had told him he probably wouldn't have tried it, but he loved it. xx
