Just to be boring here!! It is illegal to use an R4 chip on a Nintendo DS and download games for the Nintendo from the internet.
As this is a public forum I would hate the site to get into trouble with anyone posting how to do it, that it works or where you get the games from etc.
Therefore I am closing this post.
