Hi All
I am off back to Belgium in Sept for re-banding, it was part of my life for 12 years and I loved it but had to have it removed in May, I was hoping I could manage without it but sadly since then slowly but surely the weight has been creeping back on and it fills me with dread to go back to where I started from.
I am super excited about it but so very nervous too, no one ever knew I had the band and most people around me today have only ever know the slim me so I now blame the menopause for the weight gain
and I tell them all I will be slim again by Christmas .
Are any of you lovely people planning to see Dr Chris in Sept?
