RE THIS WEEKS WEIGHT LOSS

I am a bit disappointed this week 1/2 lb lost but I have come off my bp meds that have a directic in them gp has put me on a low dose water tablet to bring done the swelling in my legshopefully this will help. So i think this maybe the reason for such a small weight loss.

You are doing well hun. I sometimes think that pre-op i couldnt even lose half a pound so anything off is a step towards my goal. I can't wait to the day that I can come of my bp meds.
