thats a fantastic achievement Jed - bet ur really chuffed with urself. The thing about this weightloss is that its not just a number - its about how different you look and how different you feel about urself. I dont know about you, but I think the self esteem that I discovered was worth a million dollars.
Just wish i had only 35lbs more to lose!! I have 70'ish left to go.

Anyway - well done & keep up the good work
