Reputation and Thanks

Hi All,

I just got a Rep and thank you very much to the giver.

I'd almost forgotten the Rep button was there now we have the Thank You Button. That is naughty of me .

Am I on my own with that or have other notice, they without think you Thank rather than add a Rep?

Hi Claire,

Click on the the little thingy at the bottom left under your statistics. Its the middle one looks a bit like a old fashion pair of scales. Unless my eyes decieve me lol. x

I did read what they were for sometime ago but still bit confused. Maybe its my age lol. I think I was hoping they were like reward points and I could trade them in at my local supermarket lol.

It is rare that I know who has given me them. I wish I could thank them or rep them in return. I got an unsigned one today, have a slight idea but I could be wrong lol.

It is nice to give rep points and of course to receive them.
If you go into your CP and scroll to bottom you will see a list of your rep point, the date they were given, the thread they were from, and any message sent with them

I always check to see where and who left the rep but it is rare that a name is left.

May be this will prompt those nice rep givers to leave a name .

I must admit I tend to thank more than I rep nowadays, but do still use the rep button if I feel someone has made a very good or very supportive post.

Like Pinky though, I hate it when I get anonymous rep (ungrateful? Moi?) if you rep me, please leave your name... thanks
