Morning sweets

Weight related: Protein first and try like the plague to avoid carbs and crap i have been best friends with for the last two months.

Non-weight related: To learn my own value and stop selling myself short!

I hope i manage to do this, but lord it's so much easier at times to eat the sandwich which goes down like soup for me..

Weight related: to start my diet today ready for seminar on 11th jan and then appointment with dietician, hopefully by time dietician appointment comes i will of lost sufficient weight to be referred to surgeon
Non weight related: do my access to midwifery at college and think before I spend!

Non-weight related: To work my arse off and get the promotion I'm after which will give me more disposable income and allow me to buy another horse!
