Restless legs

.. I'm hardly getting any sleep cause of it & I know sleeping is a massive part of the healing process

Oh you poor thing! I have had restless legs, all through my body for a very long time. I had it when I was a young girl too.
There is a pill that your doctor can prescribe for you that is a big help. It stopped working for me after a year or so but perhaps it could help you at the moment.
Amitriptyline
They are a mild antidepressant but they are used for all sorts of purposes especially as a relaxant for restless leg syndrome.
I will be watching this thread closely to see if anybody else has RLS and how they treat it.
