revision incisions

Just curious as I heard different numbers.
If you have revision surgery from band how many incisions do you and up with? Are they sawn glued or stapled?
Where are they? I heard 5-8 incisions to bypass and 5 to sleeve.
As i had single incision for band i dont have any on my tummy and would like to end up similar looking... (had tummy tuck).

I had four from my band and now have five after revision to bypass the fifth is the biggest approx 3 cm and is where the port was cut out. The other four where all done over my original incisions.

I've also had a tummy tuck and I have been sleeved recently. I have four tiny incisions; the biggest being my new belly button. They've almost gone after 8 weeks.
