i have my first appointment coming up soon with dr summer's team and was just wondering what to expect ... i have PCOS and have tried dieting and metformin however the weight isn't shifting kinda come to a stand still my bmi is 40 do you think they'll offer me surgery or other medications?

any replies grately appreciated
