Sauces, gravies etc for Post op pureed diet

Hi, just wanting a bit of advice really. I'm getting sick of gravy and tomato sauces for the pureed stage, and was just wondering if anyone
Could recommend anything else to return the food so to speak. I was thinking of trying a really mild curry sauce, but don't know if it's too soon yet (1 week post op).
Any advice/tips would be greatly appreciated!!
 
I no what u mean it gets really boring dosent it, I used bisto chip shop curry sauce granules in the early days, wasnt the best but was easy to make up a really small amount to add to my chicken xx
 
BBQ sauce? Piri piri? Watered mushy peas n mint sauce?
 
you can use fish stock for fish... and bisto cheese sauce granules... or soups xx
