Set up avatar not working...

...well not for me anyway, lol.
I follow the instructions and click on Edit Avatar, but there's the dot inside the do no use avatar and there's not other options to change it or upload a photo...

Help please.

There is no bug, what happens is the system takes up to one hour after you have get 20 posts to update your account information. Same when you get to 50 posts.
