Sharp pin prick pains round one of my incisions?

Just round the biggest incision wound I had, which is to the left of my belly button. They are not deep inside, just seemingly round the incision but very uncomfortable. Is it just the healing process? I've not done anything I can think of to cause the pains.

Hi aj it sounds like the port scar it will just be healing and the nerves settling down as its kniting back together, the port scar usually takes the longest to settle please dont worry this sounds normal x
