Hi was wondering how people get on after gbp with changing of work shifts and eating, mainly worried about changing onto a night shifts from days.
The first night is always hard for me as a pre opper as normally feel sick but was wondering how u guys manage?
i work 6-1.44 and 1.44-9.28 swap fortnightly ..........i try to eat around the same time for both shifts ............my evening meals remain the same around 6.30
they know i'm a diabetic at work so i have a little leeway if i need a snack
