Weird question but has anyone gone down in shoe size with their weight loss? Mine have gone up as I've got bigger so wondering if they will go back down ?

When I lost weight when I was younger I did go done two sizes.

oh i hope not as ill be in baby shoes lol xx

I bought my new baby niece some new shoes yesterday they are lovely but not any cheaper.

I've seen a few people say that their feet have shrunk post-op and I know my feet have got bigger since putting weight on so I can't wait to have dainty feet again lol x

I definitely want to go down the shoe size I've gained, might try my hand at pinching my 2 older daughters shoes then!

I have gone from a 6 to a 5, not sure if the width that effect the size of not , all I know is that i have a load of shoes that are too big now and that i have to pad out with insoles so they fit a bit better. Still worth it though.

I've gone down a size !

My feet were the first place I noticed getting smaller :) I went from a size 7 to a size 5 & had quite sore feet for a few weeks cos my shoes 'slobbed' off but I didn't want to buy new until they stabilised a bit  Glad I held out as I would be a lot out of pocket had I bought a lot of size 6's :D Hope you go back to your old size soon xxx

I seem taller too! I think it's because I can now stand up straight lol :D

I've shrunk a shoe size and a width fitting.

Yeh, me too, I stand taller and have gone from an 8 extra wide to a 7 ... Still wide but that's because I broke my ankle and one foot always swells a bit wider than the other. FREAKY

I'm nit officially down a size but as I'm losing my feet have narrowed and I'm fitting comfortably in shoes that were previously too tight to wear x

My feet have shrunk a shoe size, from a 4 to a size 3! i currently have 7 pairs of size 4 shoes on a certain online auction as i need the funds to pay for replacement shoes lol, most of you have mentioned looking or actually being taller, all my friends and family have said that i have shrunk ??? i was 4ft 11" so i hope i havent shrunk..... before surgery it was touch and go at an amusment ride "you have to be taller than this" notice lol xxx (got the urge to get measured now)

I bought a new pair of trainers about six weeks ago and was 1/2 a size smaller from a 6. Before I gained all my weight I was a 5 and am hoping to get back to that.
