Good luck, stay calm and focussed on what you having done and why you need it doing. We have it done to improve our quality of life, wether it be health issues, mental health or just because we are fed up of being morbidly obese. Just try and focus on what your main reason is for having it, its personal to you so only you will be able to understand fully your reasons. It,l soon be this time tomorrow and it'l all be over.
