In all honesty, I'm doing fandabbydozy!!
I lost nearly 4 stone in the first 6 weeks, I've probably lost the same again, if not more in the last 8-9 weeks. I'm eating the food as same as a bypasser. I'm not having anything sweet at all. Sugars between 5 and 10g per 100g, low fat as possible. Yes, I probably could have more than I am allowing myself, but I don't want to, I'm doing great as I am.
I have lots of fish/seafood/chicken meals. one weetabix or equivalent fills me up, a splendip fills me up as a meal I take to work with a low fat yoghurt like muller lite.
I can manage small amounts of things like spag bol, chilli, curry. I follow the same no bread, no alcohol etc etc
I have lost between 8 and 10 inches off my waist in the last 15 weeks or so.
The best bit is that people tell me how healthy I am and I am blissfully happy!!
But that's just me, I went into this positive and it's changed my life. It's changed me psychologicaly as well as physically.
I have no worry in saying that it's the single best thing that could have happened to me. It's made my family life so much happier.
