slimfast diet by very very lose!!!!!!

im really sorry to ask but ive been on all slimfast liver diet for 4 days now and i cant seem to get off the loo is this the norm!!!!!!
im weeing every five mins and also number 2s all day long im pooing for england lol

can only be a good sign if weeing all the time it may be getting rid of your liver fat really well but i don't know i had low calorie pre op diet not much help but didn't want you to think you were being ignored x

Everyone's body is affected differently by an extreme change in the diet it may be yours adjusting to it, it should settle down in a few days Xx

I think weeing is normal. It means you're going into ketosis which is the fat burning stage.

I had that when I went on milk diet; turned out I was lactose intolerant. Maybe try lactofree for a day see if that changes anything?
