try actimel 0.01% its also good for your bowels which you'll be glad of later on when your bunged up, £2 for 12 in asda at the moment on offer

You need to double check with your provider, we can only advise what we were told at this stage.

For me it was liquids only for 2 weeks x

i was given yoghurt popst op when i was in hospital it was muller light, and weight whatchers ones, they were liquidised, then when i was discharged i was given a diet sheet and it had yoghurts on for me to use in my diet so have a peek in your booklet and hopefully it shall be there, hope this help a bit, best whishes. xxx
