Snoring misery!!

Morning All,

We got woken up by the dog this morning at 4am. Not for any reason it seems just because he is a loon. Anyway OH shouted at me because he says hes only just got to sleep because of my snoring...

Now I didnt even know I had a snoring problem and I was v-shocked so I messed about saying I was sorting the dog out and now I dont dare go back to bed... AM feeling VVVVV-miserable!!!

I do hope you've gone back to bed! I snored terribly pre-op but since the op haven't so much as snorted! I used to call them my love snuffles and I am sure in the cold light of day your other half will reassure you that he would much prefer your love snuffles to an empty bed!

Hugs to you

Lx

I snore so loud i wake myself up and my son up :) have u tried any of the stop snoring stuff like the throat spray or the strip that goes over ur nose, not 2 sure how well they work. If none of them work then get ur hubby some ear plugs then he cant complain.
Hope u managed to go back to bed and get some sleep xx

My OH snores like a low flying fighter jet (it's that loud) so while I am not fit and working, he sleeps in the spare room so that I get undisturbed rest. I also am in bed by ooohhhh (really late) 7.30 most nights and he comes to bed at gone 11, if he wakes me, there is hell on, so that is another reason he stays in the spare room currently!! For me, that has been the only solution, but speak to your GP about remedies?
