Today i have hit a new stone bracket, i have lost 3lb this week and also i have lost 17 inches from all over in 4 weeks xx
I am determined to keep this diet going ...........................

zns i have spoke to Candice, and she knows i am on pre-op don't forget i was doing it as my op was suppose to be this week, but she has told me what to eat now so all is good..........i did my pre-op for 8 weeks as recommended by Torstein Olbers x
