Well weighed myself this morning and yay!! have gone under 300 lbs for first time in ten years.

Had 3rd fill yesterday, initially another 1ml, but had to have 0.5ml taken out as when I had water afterwards, once swallowed had funny rising burning type sensation and felt rather uncomfortable, which resulted in nurse saying that future fills may only be 0.25 -0.5mls each time. So now have 6.5mls in 14ml band.

Might feel like a pain but slow fills make for an easy ride, too many as I read on here are in a rush to top up, with too much and end up having all sorts happen as a result. You're best working hard and taking it steady, as you are doing!!

Go you lady this is such a great barrier to break through . . .and you've done fab overall and since surgery!

Hitting through these barriers really help moving forward and I think we need to have a little celebration when we do, something to treat ourselves with when I got through my 300 a few weeks ago I treated myself to a whole new batch of make up
