Hello everybody I had my gastric bypass on 24th April 2015 and weighed 115kg at the start before LSD now I weigh 81kg which my consultant Ms Devalia was so pleased with as she's said I've lost 68% of my weight already which normally can take people over a year to do and I've done it 4 months after my op so I'm so pleased just got to get my next 3 stone off then I'll be at target woo hoo x

Thank you, just stick to the rules and eating with a side plate and no drinking while eating I've not really did anything else I suppose I'm just lucky.

What about exercise Michelle, I am walking 2 and a half to 3 miles a day just now when I am still not back to work, and wondered what you have been doing ?

Ahh thank you I go swimming sometimes when I can but I do a lot of walking as I don't drive so walk everywhere that's it really I actually need to do some more exercise x x
