Hi guys was wondering if you could help me out? I'm on day 13 after my band op. I know I wasn't supposed to but I ate a scrambled egg last night as I felt ready for it and it went down a treat 
but I do feel a bit bloated since then. Im presuming this is normal as I haven't ate anything except liquids for 2 weeks. Did anyone else feel the same?
Also are there any meats that we are allowed to eat at this stage apart from mince?
