soft food stage

Hi can anyone help me with the soft food stage, I am just startin but am having difficulty with everything I try giving me pain and indigestion??? Help!!!

How far down the line are you and what surgery did you have (you may want to update your information on your profile so that members can be better placed to give you some suggestions?)? Have you gone on to the soft food stage too soon? Or are you eating too fast or too much? So I'm assuming from your post you have done x weeks on liquids and x weeks on purees and you have been fine with those? Definitely call your after care team as soon as you can (the morning?) and go back to the previous stage you were ok with until you have spoken to them - is what I would suggest
