Soluble Multivitamins?

Hi guys,

I am new to the forum and I am finding here the most useful and motivational information.

I just had my gastric band fitted last week. So far, so good - I am actually feeling very good as if no surgery has happened in a week albeit getting bored of the liquid diet.

I have a question regarding multivitamins. I have been to Boots but was unable to find any effervescent multivitamin. It would be really appreciated if you could please let me know where did you get yours and what are you taking?

I am not taking any, with the band you should not be nutrionally deficient, as you can eat the full range of foods you did before, just less of them.

But if you want to take a vitamin, Bassetts chewable ones are fine.

I take the bassetts one cause they taste nice lol they were half price in tesco a couple of weeks ago £1.71 not sure if they still are as I stocked up on them
