help im worried now bend over to pick something up off the floor and felt a sharp pain in my tummy not where the cuts are but abit lower, now everything i drink sip it hurts, im only 11 days post op

It might have been a stitch. Try to take it easy. Takes a while to heal.

I agree with Yvessa, get in touch with your provider if you're concerned.

Mine told me it would be almost impossible to damage the staples after surgery even if I was to stand there jumping up and down - not that he recommended I did it just to prove him right.

But for your own peace of mind give them a call if your worried.
