Sore Throat a week after Gastroscopy and a Hernia!

Hi

My throad has been sore for a few days now, and it started a week after my gastroscopy. Is this common? Going to try and get some antibiotics! After the procedure, I was advised I had a hernia and acid reflux. I spoke to the bariatric nurse for clarity on Friday and she said I will go in for a sleeve but may have a bypass - sugeon will make a decision once I am under due to the hernia. But on waiting list and should be done in the next 6months. I just need to stop eating and get focused again! :cry:

Get it checked out and hope you get sorted quickly, I had small sites of inflammation and a small hernia, which they decided wouldn't be a problem cos it was in the stomach which was going to be bypassed. xx
