Sore throat..what can I take??

Hi,
I've got a sore throat and normally would suck on soothers or tunes, i'm guessing I can't have them now cos of the sugar content since Bypass, has anyone got an alternative??

Tunes and Halls and soothers all do sugar free versions! xx

Yep, you can find sugar free thoat remedies aslo, just ask the chemist if you have trouble, that usually consider it a diabetic range but it is perfect for us bypassers. Hope your throat feels better soon.

Just remember that the sugar will most likely have been replaced with sorbitol so don't go mad on them or you'll end up on the loo all day! I've had the sugar free strepsils a few times and been fine with them.
