sore throats etc

Hi there

At the moment I have a cold and have been sucking lozenges, sipping honey and lemon and glugging buttercup syrup and it got me thinking........Hmmmm what can you take post bypass if you have a sore throat.

Have any post opers found anything that sooths without sugars in them.

I wonder if theres like a diabetic type lozenge or summit.

Any input gratefully received

Hun i think their is a sugar free buttercup and their is def sugar free strepsils and i am not sure of names but their are df quite a few sugar free syrups for sore throats xx

Yes ther are sugar free strepsils.i have one in my mouth right now lolxx

But they only come in strawberry! the strepsils atleast. Tunes do sugar free ones in other flavours but they are more for congestion as well.

The best thing about a sore throat used to be cherry soothers
