Have researched Spatz balloon in depth these past two days.
BMI of 36
If you have had the Spatz balloon would love to know:
If they filled the balloon past 14 ml/cl? to begin with
When do you know the balloon needs topping up
How hard is it to keep the weight off when its removed ~ honesty really appreciated, here.
