Morning all x
As some of you may know I'm on the milk diet to lose 5% of my body weight. I've just started on week 3 and will be seen on 4th Dec for a weigh in etc.
The 1st week was brilliant!! lost 3 kgs or so (have to lose 7.5kgs), thought to myself "I can do this!!!"
Last week I kept losing a kilo and then putting it back on I have had a few blips along the way but nothing 'major', but was finding it really hard to get the 3-4 pints in me that was required as I hate milk!
I spoke with the dietician 3 days ago and she suggested that I substitute one of my pints with a slimfast, which I have done (not half as bad tasting as I thought it would be lol)
Last night I started on Wii fit and did over 30mins, got hot and bothered as recommended lol and this am I have put on 1/2kg
So now I'm panicking that I'm not going to lose the other 5lb in the 2 weeks I have left
