Started pre op diet

Day one so far so good!
Got it all planned out its 3pm and no hunger pangs yets.
Can't wait for my evening meal I am having a baked rainbow trout(they on special yesterday half price for whole ones) with savoy cabbage, brocllli & sprouts.
Even typing this I am drooling I love fish !!!!

Hi Staruk. I am with Mr El Hasani! I live in Essex too. I saw him yesterday for my consultation and I think I'll be having my op on 30 January. So I get to do a big Xmas and this same pre op diet in the new year. Nobody should even know because everybody is on a diet in the New Year!

Very interested to hear how it all goes. I'm private with him by the way so I'm having my OP at Orpington.

So I'll be watching your progress very closely!!! In a (sort of) non stalkery way of course!!! x

Hi girls great to hear other with Mr El Hasani , Penelope feel free to follow me .
I am day 7 today and doing ok nearly cheated the other day put half a ritz cracker mouth then took out and the dog ate it! So I'd say it was an attempted chEat. Mind when I told he was really cross as I am so lucky I do not do the cooking so I am not tempted when having to cook! Lol !!!
