Good luck for Monday, Lesley but don't think you will need it ... I am on day 5 on the milk diet & other than a low grade headache for the first 2 days (missing the carbs, lol) & constipation for a couple of hours (not funny when you have it) I have been fine. All for the greater good xx
Starting to take your multi vits is a good idea. I took mine when I started my MD and also the chewable Zinc. Drink plenty of water to fill you up and make lots of milky coffees to keep you full up. As Twinkle says, watch out for the headaches. I was quite poorly on the Sunday six days after starting my diet - felt dizzy and lightheaded - lack of carbs. It soon passes.
