Im just making a menu, taking recipes from slimming world to help, but mainly counting calories. Just not sure what limit to give myself.. Was thinkin 1000? Just never drink enough at all, so going to make myself drink lots of water and eat lots of fruit.. I dont eat fruit really, i eat veg but not fruit haha x

I think its more low-carb so high protein is best, lots of meat, fish, cottage cheese, small amounts of green veg and plenty of fluids, aim for 3ltrs xxx
 
I hate fish n cottage cheese haha im terrible i only like tuna in brine at that- the mother keeps giving me wrong haha i wasnt told anything about low carbs or whatever... Just told to lose 10lbs somehow lol
