The past few weeks have been my weekends of working nights/days etc. It's never a good time for weigh-ins on Monday mornings after drinking lots of coffee and not much exercise! I've been up to 16st and back down the next day, up to 15st 10lb and then back down 5lb the next day. But these next days have never been Monday mornings!
Well this morning comes after a week off shift and plenty of eating right and exercising right.
15st 3lb this morning. That's a total loss of 16st 9lb now
